John Baker obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Missouri (Kansas City). He attended Arizona State University Law School and he received his law degree in 1974. Before joining with Bradley Marcus to form Baker and Marcus, he was the senior staff attorney for the Hartford Insurance Company and obtained considerable trial experience defending injury and death cases. John Baker is a member or the American Trial Lawyers Association and the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association.
Since 1991, The State Bar of Arizona has certified John Baker as a specialist in personal injury and wrongful death litigation. John Baker frequently serves as an arbitrator or mediator in serious personal injury cases. In 2009, John Baker became "Of Cousel" to Baker and Marcus LLP.
Bradley Marcus obtained his undergraduate degree at Arizona State University. He attended Arizona State University Law School and obtained his law degree in 1982.
